Default Restricted question

Does it matter when we have our restricted item? With this diet are the carbs used more effectively if a bar was eaten for breakfast rather than dessert? I've been typically having mine for a dessert but a few times have needed to switch things up and I find it to be more filling earlier in the day. I'm wondering if my losses would increase if i had it earlier every day. Has anyone noticed a change doing this?

you can have your restricted item any time that you want during the day it doesn't really matter. It wont "speed up" your weight loss but it will stave off the hunger! I have mine in the late afternoon. I always feel like its a big cheat cuz it tastes so good!

I usually have my retstricred between lunch and dinner. I make drink mix cookie for dessert!

I didnt have one my first 8 weeks of P1, then i would have mine 1 hour before weightlifting (i picked up a Powerflex 1 hour class then and added in a restricted as my 4th packet).

I like to have mine after supper. I used to be so bad for snacking after supper, so it helps a lot.
