Sounds like my first week I lost a lot that week and I think most of it was water but I was so much more comfortable in my own skin, it took a little over a week for me to level out and now I find I'm more or less back to normal as I finish up my third week. Good luck

Good Lord! Just spent about an hour or so trying to update my signature picture and avatar. Thank goodness I finally remembered that Kaypix had posted instructions so a big thank you to her again! So close to that 75# mark but I know it will come.
