From what I've read I'm in the minority, but I'm almost never under 900.
If you eat the restricted snacks, it is easy to hit 900. Yesterday, I had 440 calories in IP foods (herb omelet, potato puree and strawberry wafers). Add in my veggies and dinner, and I was over 900.

I wouldn't necessarily say that's true - I have a restricted every single day and I'm rarely over 800. And I count every single thing that crosses my lips!
I think many people use fitness pal to calculate calories and the problem is that the database isn't always accurate. I have found 5 different carb counts for raw jicama! I think it is hard to accurately calculate a lot of it so I end up over calculating. Then I tell myself "STICK TO THE SHEET AND ALL WILL BE FINE!"

I agree. I have found mfp to be less than accurate. I don't use it other than a journal.
However, I will say, between the IP foods, and the recommended oil intake, I am usually close to 500 calories. And this is before I have touched a veggie and my protein. It's very easy for me to eat 300 calories of protein/4 cups of vegetables.
Maybe my meat counts are off. I don't know, dinner is always at least 200 calories of protein. Usually 300.

I also use mfp but only for the tracking and to look up nutrition content but I take it all at face value. Not everything is accurate. When I am in maintenance, it isn't going to matter if I am going over in my veggies. It is the other stuff i need to watch. Who gets fat eating too much broccoli or jicama?!
It is fine, as the other's say, just do what your coach says. It is easier on me if I just follow the sheet, because when I get into counting carbs or calories it drives me batty. With IP all of that stuff is done for you so there is no stress....
