Averaging it out over 20 days makes the loss a lot more palatable.

Excited to enter the 130's. Not been in 130's since february of this year.

Also I changed up my protein yesterday, had lamb chops and that is also what I plan to have today, very excited about that.

Didn't realize how bored I got of eating omelet's and bay seasoned shrimp.
How was the Lamb? I've never had lamb before, what does it taste like?

Edited to add:

I just found red cabbage on my approved veggie list, but I only see white radish, not red...so I'm concluding red radish is a no-go. Does that sound correct?
Radishes are fine in any color.

RTD Chocolate by far!!!!
The powder has a weird aftertaste and doesn't "melt" as good.
WF is a little funky tasting but good for an adder to the RTD Vanilla (if that's all you have available...)

jmuroff, I'm absolutely NOT the diet police and I'm only on day three--I know this just cause I looked up how Pho was made a couple of weeks ago--Pho broth often contains sugar.
But you can leave it out at home!

I bought them at a local health food store and sorry ... but I thought they were horrible. And I'll eat just about anything

Maybe I didn't add enough flavorings .. the one's I bought were the shiritake ones.

Hi Everyone!

I see a lot of us have WIs tonight! I am so excited for mine because I know it is going to be BIG after a 2lb gain on week 4!

I have been super tired lately though. I wish I got the energy boast everyone talks about. I go to bed as soon as I can get my kids asleep and sleep until the last second possible. I average 9-10 hours a day and could use more. I am wondering if I am too low on iron as I have been anemic off and on in my life. I have been trying to get high iron veggies in because the thought of one more pill to take...

Miracle noodles (or shirataki noodles) are calorie free, carb free, gluten free noodles made with water soluble fiber. They can be used as one of your 0/0/0 extras. I find them at my regular grocery store where they sell the tofu.

Just remember this is a generic recipe assessment - if you went to a restaurant you can't be sure exactly what they use in their recipe.

There are sooo many recp's for Pho its insane! Generally Pho is a noodle soup in broth... "ramen" lol Glorified! Google it.
I like to just use or make my own broth beef or chicken, (water and the meat or cubes how ever you like to roll) throw in some lemon grass stocks (pull them out later), garlic, onion poweder, ginger puree or powder, lime and lemon juice (just a few squirts to taste), sesame oil (few drops) bring that puppy to boil. Then i boil my noodle, let them rest. Cut up my meat throw it in my bowl, with my veggies and herbs and pure a littel but of my broth in just to cover the meat. And then i take a litte bit of my broth an put it in my pot with my resting noodle and brng that to boil real quick to flavor them then throw in my noodle and my broth, and get down like a starving 3rd world child! Google Miracle noodle, and the shiraki noodle the shiraki ones are different they are tofu and by a different company and they do have carbs but only 3g i think. and the No-noodle are the same as the Miracle Noodle. enjoy! And play with it.. change it up! Sometimes i throw a Green Tea bag in it or Jasmine Green tea bag in.. omg.. mmm its love in a bowl honey! Guess what i'm having for dinner now! LOL
PS i use lots and lots of Thai Basil, Lemon Basil and Cilantro! (all good for your digestive system, anit-inflamitory and pain!)
