Phase 1: 82 days, 11 weeks 6 days

Breakfast: Chocolate Fudge EAS

Lunch: Strawberry EAS, 1 egg, 2 c. spinach, 2 egg whites;

Snack: Cafe Caramel EAS

Dinner: Carl's jr low carb burger

Snack: Chocolate EAS

Had to have a 4th protein today...

Breakfast: Health Wise Bacon & cheese omelette w/1 cup spinach; coffee w/2oz EAS Carb AdvantEDGE vanilla RTD

Lunch: Proti Diet Crunchy Cereal caramel bar; 1 cup jicama with cinnamon

Dinner: Leftover pork fajita (8oz pork strips, 1 cup red/green peppers; 1 cup sliced cucumbers

Snack: Balanced Protein strawberry pudding

Lunch--BIG lettuce salad w/ 1 cup veggies and ProtiThin BBQ soy puffs
Dinner--7oz grilled steak and mashed cauliflower
Snack--hmmmm... probably pudding or hot chocolate.

Default Good Earth Sweet & Spicy

I was fighting a sweet tooth tonight and brewed a cup of this tea! AMAZING! It almost tasted too good to be true. Anyone else try this tea and know if it is OP or not?

I do fajitas a lot! I marinated the pork in a garlic/lime/olive oil concoction. Sauteed with my Badia fajita spice blend, then sauteed the peppers and voila, fajitas! I serve mine over 1 cup of cauli-rice.

If it is the tea I am thinking of, it is delicious! However, it has caffeine. So, if you are bothered by caffeine late in the day (I am, and I learned the hard way with this tea), maybe double check the package. Otherwise, enjoy!
