So there I was OP and enjoying it and a friend of mine introduced me to Turkey bacon. I began including it at dinner as my protein allowance but now it has become a nasty habit. I had 8 slices today
And although it was 60cal for 2 slices and 0 carbs, it also had *gulp*30mg of cholesterol.
Holy crap! I ate it because I was hungry and was feeling empty and also because I jumped on the scale after having a great WI last tuesday and found I had gained. I've lost 36lbs in 2 months and I am thrilled with the results so why am I self destructing? Temptations have come and gone and I am usually rock solid. I think dinner will be cauliflower pizza sans soy cheese. I need a good verbal beating!
