I agree with WUV, drinks really will derail your progress. (Don't ask how I know ) You can be the designated driver and just laugh at all of them when they have too much. You said some think you've been drinking when you haven't anyway. That to me says that you are a blast to be around and are a total cut-up. Should be able to have fun with out the drinks.
You made me laugh so much!!!! I'm the kind of person that doesn't like to lose control when drinking and my DH refers to me as the cheapest drunk he's ever known. I drive by a liquor store and I'm intoxicated.

Hey, I'd like to say a little about myself. Married 28 years with two sons 26 and 21. My family and I love the outdoors. We camp fish hunt just about all year. I've been overweight all of my married life except for the first year. Since then I've otter bigger and bigger. I started at 281 lbs and a size 26 w. I'm down to 203 and a size 18 ladies. The last 3 months we've been camping every weekend and I've been maintaining. I lose 2 lbs during the week only to gain it back on the weekend. But that's ok because I knew I would have a hard time during hunting season at the camp. I'm hoping to lose 37 more lbs.
I'm doing the dukan diet. I know it's not ideal protein like the rest of you but I wanted to join your group cuz your in louisiana. If that's ok.

OK ALL!!!! I NEED YOUR HELP!!!! I have many friends coming in for their first Mardi Gras ever and I am their "tour guide" I don't want to phase off! Yes, I will have a drink, ok maybe 2, but I doubt that I will drink much since I have only had one drink since April 15. Its the food that I am concerned about. Not that I am cheating but that my friends will want to go for dinner at places where there really aren't alternatives. Yall know what I'm talking about with NOLA!!! Yes I'm planning ahead becuz I really don't want to phase off! I'm doing too well to to stop for Mardi GRas!

this too. i introduced them to Bourbon and Hang Grenades. I slept peacefully while they threw up all night. Good times.
