I love the leek soup. I eat it regularly, almost daily.... and the caramel choc bars taste just like snickers! I am ok with the tomato basil but it looks funny which makes it hard to eat. I know, silly reason!

I did the salt thing for headaches the first couple days, even put it in my water. Worked great. I like the broccoli and cheese soup, peach and mango drink. I REALLY like the chocolate drink. I drink it for my snack in the evening. It is very thick and filling and reminds me of hot cocoa. Good luck and welcome
OH PS: I have a fine herb and cheese omelet almost every morning for breakfast. Love love it. But I was a big fan of eggs for breakfast before IP>

Yea, I just had my garlic and onion soy nuts and now my headache is more manageable. Those are so amazing. The best thing for my salty tooth!
How many packets come within a box. Because I am buying a whole box of those! Thanks for all of the answers.
How do I get a ticker?

You need at least 20 posts and to be a member for 20 days!
Then you will see the instructions.
I do alternatives, so I order all my packets online.

i've been on many forums and this is the first time i've found so many people from Baton Rouge and New Orleans. I wonder if this diet is more popular in the south or north, was it created in the south?

It was created in France, Canada has a lot of people on it. I believe it is just being found down here! There are a LOT of people in BR and NO area, we all need to get together for a meet!

It seems like since we have the best food in the world, we have the most overweight. New Orleans is one of the heaviest cities according to a survey I saw a while back.

Anything else that is good? I have to order my 2nd week by Friday and by that time, I would have only tried a couple of things. Also, experiencing some major headaches. I can still take advil right? This diet is going to kick my butt! I swear!

I've had the tomato basil soup once, and after doctoring it up, it was wonderful! I can't wait to get more!
I heated it on the stove, added about 1 cup of loose raw baby spinach, and crumbled about 1/2 of a leftover hamburger patty from the night before. (Actually it was "deer" patty... I am from Louisiana, you know! lol) I seasoned it with salt, garlic pepper, and oregano. It was awesome, and reminded me of spaghetti with no noodles. Hope this helps!
