Starshine 72 is currently looking at vegetarian sources, too.
I continue to work with my coach on making IP work without meat in maintenance, but do this for Phase 1:
Basically, keep dinner at around 30 to 40g of protein. If the carbs go to 15g then don't have a restricted that day. I always used total carbs as my guide, but now know it is NET (total carbs minus fiber carbs).
You can use a combination of products to do this: TWO IP packets; egg whites & "fake meat"; two different kinds of "fake meat (a burger & a chick'n cutlet); etc.
Here is a spreadsheet with the calories, nutrition and ingredient list of stuff I use. This is stuff I can buy at SuperTarget & the local Kroger chain.

Honestly, as long as the sugar in a product didn't show up as 1g of sugar in a serving, I didn't worry about it. Curiously, if I had beefless tips, it always showed up on the scale; I considered them an occasional food, once a week or less.
I can't honestly say if I would have lost quicker eating meat. I lost more in the 2 to 3 lb/week range. Oh, and just throw away the sauce packets until maintenance (and even then...)
IP makes you become the kind of vegetarian that actually eats vegetables. ; )
