Hello everyone! I just wanted to let everyone know how things went while I traveled to the wedding for the past 4 days. I did the abrupt stop but decided I wouldn't go crazy. The first night there everyone wanted to go to a popular burger spot so I had a burger (no bun) and a few fries. That night we went out to celebrate and I had SEVERAL diet cokes and vodkas and the bar tender kept saying no one ever orders these every time I went up for another
I had a rough Saturday morning because of the drinks and stuck with eggs and sausage for breakfast. I had 2 - 3 IP packets that day and then protein (various meets) at the cookout that night. Sunday wedding day I had more eggs and sausage for breakfast 2 IP packets 2 glasses of champaigne crab stuffed snapper a few (very few) grilled veggies, 3 bites of wedding cake. Monday I had a donut and sausage wrapped in some type of roll, an IP packet, 8 honey bbq wings and 2 cheese sticks. I weighed in this morning and I was down 1 pound. I'm back on program today and still moving forward to my overall goal. Thanks for the feedback leading up to the day! Oh, and the dress fit perfectly
p.s. I was far from perfect (perfection was never the goal) but there was soooo much more that I said no to than I said yes to so I wouldn't change a thing! I had a great weekend and I'm back and refocused!
