Default Not Disgusted!!!!
had my egg whites this morning, 6:30am, and an ounce of ff milk in my coffee! Had a puddin for snack at 9:45. I am not having hunger problems like I have had for the past week!!!!
Had an awesome dinner last night and am planning another one for tonight!!! Scared of my weigh in tomorrow but I'll take whatever for weight loss right now and move on.
Thanks all for the encouragement yesterday!!!!!

YAY! I'm glad you're not starving...I hate that feeling! Keep going, no matter the weigh in tomorrow, keep it up and you WILL see results!!!
