As it says on the P1 sheet under SEAFOOD:

"5-8oz of Fish, Seafood, Beef, Poultry, Pork, or Veal"

You got Fried Shrimp, Shrimp Gumbo, Coconut Shrimp, Broiled Shrimp, Shrimp, Tomato, and Basil Pasta, Grilled Shrimp, Skillet Shrimp, Shrimp Salad,.......

Not all dishes above are on program, but I believe they were all mentioned in a certain movie. Sorry, just couldn't help myself.

I know you're the resident expert so I have a question.

Obviously a 6'9" male needs more protein than a 4'10" woman. How does IP distinguish between people of different sizes? Additional IP packets?

Just curious why there is no distinguishing between sizes with the protein portion size. Simplicity?

I honestly can only go by my experience. I am 5'8 and started out at 408lbs, I have always had 3 packets a day, never added more packets or more protein. I had the same amount as someone as the size you are asking about.

You can saute the shrimp in EVOO with herbs and spices

We can't have deep-fried, breaded foods but pan-fried with EVOO and no coating is fine.
