Too many carbs? Fats? I'm confused!
I've tracked my last week of IP food on MyFitnessPal. I read that we're supposed to be between 20-30 carbs/day. Does anyone know the numbers we need to stay within?
As an example, here's my past two days:
Day One:
B: Vanilla Pre-Made Drink
L: Vegetable Chili with 2 cups Zuchinni
D: 8 oz Crab Meat, 2 egg whites, 1 cup rhubarb
S: Butterscotch Pudding, 2 egg whites, 1 cup Kale
Totals are 622 calories, 41 carbs, 7 fat. (My lowest day)
Day two:
B: Coffee, 2 packets stevia, Chocolate IP Muffin/Pancake
L: 1 Cup Mushrooms, 1 Cup Green Bell peppers, IP Herbs and Cheese Omelet
D: 8 oz 90/10 Ground beef, 2 cups kale
S: Crispy Cereal, 2 egg whites
Totals are 1024 calories, 43 carbs, 28 fat.
(These numbers include the 2 tbs of oil)
My carbs range for the week, from 27-43. My calories also range, from 622-1113.
Are we supposed to be within certain numbers? I only worry because I've been on the diet over a week and still do not feel the signs of ketosis.
