Thank you so much to everyone who responded about the bars! Fortunately, I do have enough control to only eat half, so I think I'm going to try it out that way. At least until I can get back to Costco and pick up some Detour bars like Patns suggested!

I use the premier nutrition drink from Costco. On cool morning I like it heated. As for the bars, I use Detour bars from Costco. (I have been flirting with Quest bars lately, but I have to order those online)

Are the detour bars restricted?? What about the premier protein drink is it non-restricted?

I use one premier protein drink each morning, and 2 of the light muscle milks from Costco throughout the rest of the day. The muscle milk only has 15g of protein.
