Default Beginning by third week and have been throwing up all morning!

Does anyone know why this would happen? I have been feeling wonderful, but this morning is an entirely different story I took my vitamins with my coffee this morning and I'm thinking maybe that I why? Any thoughts?

I can't take vitamins without food in my stomach, they make me sick. That could definitely be why.

I am in week two and was having the same problems. My coach suggested moving the multi vitamin to lunch to eat with actual food. I will report how that works out!
