When I attended the first IP pre-meeting (the one where they explain the science before you start the diet), our lecturer told us that the amount of carbohydrate that a person can eat on this diet per day and maintain the average of 3-7 pound weight loss per week will vary person by person. She said the amount of carb in this diet varies from ~20-40g per day. She said that she personally had to be closer to the 20g number. This is only my 16th day on program so I don't know yet how it will work for me. Just conveying what I was told.
Ordered the book for myself. Gets here in a week. In 224 pages, I'll understand what I've missed all these years.
I'll save you the time reading it Bill -- by the end of the book, you'll realize that it's true -- women DO know everything and we are always right-- just as your wife/partner has been telling you all along.... I'm sure that's on p.1 probably
