Way to go Big Daddy. I was lucky as I only gained about 3 1/2 lbs during my military duty because of that storm. WI yesterday was still promising.

Hi everyone. I'm back off of military duty because of Hurricane Isaac. I ended up putting back on about 3 1/2 lbs, but I am happy that was all. There really wasn't any way for me to stay 100 % OP, so I did the best that I could.

Yesterday was my first meeting with my new coach. WOW, what a nice experience. She really explained all the measurements that fancy scale measured and I believe I better understand what is going on. She was impressed with what I've lost so far and that I only gained 3 1/2 lbs the past two weeks. She believes I may have a WHOSH week due to extra water retention. I'm all for that. I hope these last 14 lbs just melt away.

Have a great day everyone!!

You need to have posted at least 20 times and been a member for 30 days to be able to insert a weight ticker.

When you are eligible, you can find it in User CP>signature. User CP is in the purple menu bar.
