Breakfast@8am: Peach Bread Pudding
1 grain: 2 slices whole grain bread
1 fruit: 1 peach
1 protein: 1 egg + 4 egg whites
1 dairy: 4 oz NF evaporated milk
coffee + 1/2c almond milk + sweetleaf liquid stevia

Lunch@12pm: Sweet Fauxtato Pie
1 Rutabaga
2 Eggs + 4oz Egg Whites + 1 packet Knox (accidentally spilled the whole packet in the bowl!!)
2 oz NF Cream Cheese <--added for Phase 4, 2oz = 60 calories/4g carb/8g protein
1/2c Almond Milk + 1/3c Xylitol No-Calorie Brown Sugar Sweetener + 1 tsp Vanilla + 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Breakfast: IP Dark Chocolate Pudding & Spinach (1 c.) Shake (Thanks LizRR!!!). (I'll probably make it with milk chocolate pudding next time though)
Lunch: IP BBQ Ridges; Lettuce with 1 1/2 cup veggies
Snack: 2 egg whites
Dinner: 7 oz BBQ Chicken, Lettuce with 1 1/2 cup veggies
Snack: IP Vanilla Pudding

Yeah, I liked the Dark Chocolate as a 'pudding' - but it never really was tasty to me in the Spinach Smoothie, the Milk Chocolate is my favorite though. Glad you enjoy it!

Yes..I read that in your posts; I only had the dark chocolate & went with that. I'm definately ordering the milk chocolate pudding for this!! Thanks again!!!

Breakfast: Ip chocolate chip cookie

Snack: RTD Mango....OMG LOVED IT! Delicious, reminds me of a mango lassi.

Lunch: chicken soup with homemade stock, leeks, zucchini, turnips, kale, mushrooms, celery, and some curry powder/seasonings

Dinner: "tacos'". Brown ground chicken in a pan with curry powder, chili powder, red pepper flakes, cumin, paprika, garlic and then add some hot sauce. I eat it in butter leaf lettuce cups with diced onion and pepper...yum!

Dessert: butterscotch pudding frappe

I can't believe I didn't write this down here yesterday!

Breakfast: butterscotch shake with coffee

Lunch: 1 c. greens, 1 boiled egg and 1000 island wf, vanilla with orange and coffee RTD

Dinner: Salad with bell peppers, cucumbers, spinach and 2 turkey-beef meatballs with basil pesto

Snack: chocolate pudding
