Hi all,
I just started IP on Saturday...today is the dreaded Day 3 I've been reading about. Oddly enough compared to yesterday, today was a breeze. I had the worst headache and nausea Day 2.

At any rate, my biggest concern at the moment is getting creative with my cooking (not really into cooking at the best of times) so I'll be perusing all the recipes posted throughout.

Just wanted to say Hi to any fellow Albertans (Calgarians, too!), and test out this swanky new signature of mine...can't wait to see the pounds drop!

I have been on the program since May......and you will love the form here.
You will get lots of ideas on this.....for food ideas. I usually come here everyday and you will find a wealth of info on here.

I too am from Northern AB (Grande Prairie to be exact), this is my 2nd time around, I know it works and that it was my own fault for not phasing off properly the last time... this time I am going to do it right and keep it off!

Welcome - enjoy the boards - these people are a wealth of info and the recipes are amazing... who knew eating this well would actually be good for you!?! ;0)

Thanks for the welcome, guys! Had my first weigh-in tonight...it was a short week due to starting late last week but wanting to set my regular weigh in night as Tuesday.

Down 10.4 lbs! No doubt due to hydration, etc. Great start, I'm super motivated to keep going.

I appreciate the welcome and look forward to the wealth of knowledge and support on here!

I am on week three of IP. I think it is so awesome s far. It is so easy. I don't have to think about anything and the food is good.
