Woo-Hoo!!! What awesome news updates - as I bought yellow & zucchini squash this week - they were shrink wrapped up together at Super Target - ran in for diapers, ran out with everything else...combine that with my new dehydrator and we will have chips galore for our roadtrip to San Antonio this weekend!

I officially have a 5 yr old today, love my little birthday girl! We had the party this past weekend, and she took some cupcakes to school today along with her new doll for show and tell.

Tomorrow is Weigh In day - hoping to add another cheerleader to my siggy. :-)

Beck 81 - 70 lbs is amazing, I did the math and that's 3.64 lbs per week - WoWza!!!

Meadow - Your new cut is adorable, your wavy hair is beautiful. :-)

Hgamroth - I packed leftover pizza in my girls lunches today from the birthday party this weekend. The remaining last two slices went in the garbage disposal - they had to die! Those darn cravings are a little tougher when TOM is here.

I'm doing my colonoscopy prep...clear liquid diet for today. I made some home made gelatin with Mio. It's really good! I also made some with unsweetened koolaid and splenda. That's good too. I'm getting kind of tired of eating that, though. I miss my meat and veggies!!!! Luckily my doctor doesn't prescribe the Golytely. He uses Suprep instead. I have to drink 16 oz of the magic liquid and follow that up with 2-16 oz glasses within an hour and repeat that process in the morning. Dana, if it tastes yucky, I'm mixing in some crystal light!

This is just a routine screening. Both of my parents had colon cancer, and that's a type that has a genetic component to it. So, my doctor wants me to start screening while I'm still in my 40s. That way we'll be able to catch any changes early.

I'm giving myself a pity party before I WI in two hours. I've been 100% OP unless I get in trouble for roasting veggies. And my week two weight loss per my home scale "calibrated" to the WI scale says 2 lbs. Bummer. At that rate no Thanksgiving Dinner!

Wish me luck!!

If it does not come off this week it will next. Weekly weigh-ins are sort of artificial. Our bodies don't work by a weekly schedule like that.

It will eventually ALL come off if you stay OP.

I need an Icon for Big Girl Panties....Put them on and move forward
