I thought I'd start my day with LizRRs coffee smoothie but I didn't read the directions well so added hot coffee, not chilled. Now I'm having a lukewarm decaf spinach smoothie -- LOL.... I'm going to make extra coffee right now and chill it for tomorrow and try again!
Breakfast: Chocolate drink
Lunch: Chicken flavored patty with steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Snack: Double Chocolate bar
Dinner: Tilapia with mushrooms and pickles on my salad
Phase 1, Week 6, Day 4
Breakfast: IP chocolate drink blended with WF strawberry syrup and 8oz coffee
Lunch: IP Pina Colada drink and salad (lettuce, cuke, celery, WF dressing)
Snack: IP Spicy Southwest
Dinner: 8oz chicken and 2 cup pepper/broccoli stir fry
Breakfast: IP Chocolate Pudding shake Lunch: IP Chicken Soup with 2 cups of mushrooms Dinner: 8oz pork with 2 cups cauliflower, lettuce with olive oil dresssing Snack: IP Vanilla Drink
BREAKFAST: welsh cakes with sf brown sugar cinnamon syrup LUNCH: turkey soup with zucchini and radishes, peanut butter bar DINNER: hamburger, roasted green beans, 1 tbsp 1 carb ketchup, 1 tbsp mustard SNACK: ip jello, zucchini chips YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

9am--butterscotch pudding pancakes
12--big salad with 2 cups veggies
3pm--attempting ranch chips with the crepe mix. Wish me luck!
6pm--BBQ chicken and zucchini
9pm--chocolate pudding with root beer stevia
B: 1/2 IP Double Choco Bar
L: 2 cups of sweetened rhubarb + IP Wildberry Yogurt Drink
S: 1/2 IP Double Choco Bar
D: "Tinola" style chicken breast w/ soup
Post-dinner dessert: IP Cappuccino
