Lunch: (faculty/staff buffet at school) small chicken breast and 1 c green beans

Snack: White cheddar curls
Dinner: 3 oz salmon, 3 c curry stir fry in evoo and garlic (1 c mixed bell peppers, 1 c mushrooms 1 c broc and cauliflower), curry powder and soy sauce

Snack: butterscotch pudding

IP Vanilla shake blended with ice (first time having it-so yummy!)
1 boiled egg

Lunch:
IP Chocolate RTD
1C cucumbers

Snack:
1 boiled egg

Dinner:
7 oz ham
3C Spinach, arugula, peppers, cucumber and zucchini with EVOO and mrs dash

Snack:
Maybe a bar or southwest puffs

I was on the road for many hours today so had to improvise a bit.
--Made a shake in water using a funnel of paper to get powder into water bottle (messy but worked)
--Went to McDs for a wrap with no sauce and just kept the grilled chicken to add to a side salad = no sauces, cheese, nuts etc. on my salad
--Had turkey jerkey. Not sure if it's a bad no no. Too much salt for sure but better than chips
Back on track tomorrow!

Dinner: spicy baked chicken with sauteed cauliflower rice, red peppers, leeks, garlic

Snack: vanilla pudding shake with instant coffee and WF chocolate syrup....delicious!!

i don't make it....i just ordered this product from nashua nutrition...it is heavenly good!!
this is MY review that i posted in the review thread.

it is sooooo easy to take with you....and just get a glass of water in a wine glass and add it in and stir.
no one will even know you are not drinking wine....and at only 70 calories and 2 carbs...you could even slip in 2 glasses and not even be off track!!



already have it in my cart to order again!!!
this is splendid!!!!!!!!!
