Unless you've stumbled into a 0 carb/0 fat/ 0 sugar peanut butter, it's not legal on Phase 1. Anything eaten in addition to the allowed foods on the Phase 1 list need to be 000. I know that PB2 stuff is lower fat than the regular peanut butter, but I'm pretty sure it's not 000.

I use the WF peanut butter. By itself, I can't stand the after taste, but spread on some celery, it's doable. It's 0/0/0 of course.

I've been eyeing that also. My sister-in-law told me about it. I've been trying to figure out if it can be used in the place of a restricted item.

I miss peanut butter also. The WF's stuff is gross.

Absolutely No PB2 on Phase 1. It is allowed starting on Phase 3 breakfast.
