Spaghetti squash and ALL winter veggies are on the no-no list because they are generally higher in carbs and calories than their summer counterparts. You may still see results but the extra carbs could throw you out of ketosis depending on how your body is handling the rest of the program. it's safer to just follow the guidelines and avoid things not on the Selected Veggies list.
Just an example:
Spaghetti Squash (1 cup) has 42 cal, 10g carbs
Acorn Squash (1 cup) has 56 cal, 15g carbs
Butternut squash (1 cup) has 63 cal, 16g carbs
Conversely,
Zucchini squash (1 cup) has 3 cal, 0g carbs
Yellow summer squash (1 cup) has 18 cal, 4g carbs
