Breakfast@8am:Spinach Mocha Latte
IP Chocolate Pudding
1c Spinach + 1c Lettuce
3c Half-Caf <--was 'almost' done with the coffee, so just dumped it all in
WF Caramel x2 <--extra coffee = extra caramel!
Lunch@12pm:
Homemade Turkey Soup
Snack@4pm:Restricted
IP Caramel Nut Bar
Snack@6pm:Pudding Waffles
IP Banana Pudding
2 Egg Whites
1/2 tsp Baking Powder ^^extra IP + 2 egg whites on weightlifting days
breakfast: mocha frappuccino lunch: hot caribbean jerk chicken fajita salad, hot ginger lemongrass tea supper: ham sammie on a jalapeno bun, (YUMMMMM) roasted green beans snacks: kale chips, 1/2 pkt lemon soy puffs

breakfast: mocha frappuccino lunch: hot caribbean jerk chicken fajita salad, hot ginger lemongrass tea(since i already have burgers made in 5 oz, i added 3 oz chicken in salad) supper: lean burger on a jalapeno bun snacks: kale chips, 1/2 pkt lemon soy puffs
Ohhh - I have fresh ginger AND fresh lemongrass at home...sounds like I am going to copycat you!
Breakfast--chocolate pudding spinach smoothie
Lunch--mushroom soup with garlic, cauliflower, celery puree and mushrooms
snack--hb egg white
dinner--hamburger and rutabaga fries
snack--peanut butter crunch bar
Phase 1
Breakfast: dark chocolate pudding shake with spinach
tea
snack: 1 egg and 2 egg white omelette with 1 c. mushrooms
Lunch: banana pudding shake
Dinner: My sweet dh took me to Carl's jr so I had a low carb burger, no ketchup, no mayo, no onion..and no soda, lol! I need to get in my veggies though..
Snack: Vanilla shake...with coffee and cinnamon.. mmmmm...

Breakfast: IP cappucino mix with 1 cup black coffee (that's my Venti for the day!)
Lunch: romaine salad with chopped red bell peppers and cukes, 1 hard boiled egg (was doing some heavy duty cleaning in the playroom today and felt like I needed the extra protein)
Snack: IP White Cheddar ridges
Dinner: Black tip Shark steaks on the grill, broccoli and cauli mashed
Snack: Butterscotch pudding frappe (extra water, blended with ice)
