Default Water recipes!

Wondering what you all do to dress up your water without adding any sweetenrs.

I put water in an 80 oz pitcher, add a couple of lemon slices, a sprig of fresh mint from my garden and 1/4 teaspoon raspberry extract. Tastes like raspberry lemonade.

any ideas?

Default Ginger Water

Ginger water

An IP Friend suggested this. Ran a search & didn't see it posted yet

Boil 1.5 gal of water, add 6-8 oz sliced fresh ginger and 1-2 sticks of cinnamon (optional)
simmer 45 min-1 hr

Let cool and store in fridge w/ ginger & cinnamon in pitcher. Reuse ginger til it looses it's flavor. I use only once. I like it strong. Sweeten with stevia to taste (or not, depending on taste preference). Tasty & thermogenic.

I'm loving my spicy lemonade concoction. I add the juice of one lemon (don't think we're allowed too much lemon, otherwise I'd make it stronger) to a pitcher of filtered water, and I add a couple of tbsp of diced fresh raw ginger to the container. Pour it over ice, and add a pinch of cayenne pepper. Zingy. Refreshing. And fresh lemon juice, ginger, and cayenne are all supposed to be weight loss aids.
