After my first weigh-in at .6 pounds lost...

and plenty of questions whether this was going to work for me or not...

I have lost a grand total of 7.2 pounds!!!!!!!

I am so happy and thrilled! My blood sugars are wonderful, I feel GOOD inside and thankfully I finally dropped some weight!!!!

I dont want to say 'I told ya so' but...

Congrats...and to feel even better about it, most lose in the first week and not the second, so you are right on track for 2 weeks on plan, but be prepared because there will be other weeks where you will have little or no loss or heck even a small gain. Its normal, and to panic is normal, and to ease that panic come here in a panic, and everyone will help you realize its normal. At least thats what I do haha
