Good morning everyone!!! Another 2 pounds lost last week. I have to admit that things are getting harder for me. I've been taking little bites of things I shouldn't lately. Nothing overboard, but I've just been relaxing a bit lately. It's been 8 weeks. And, I haven't been eating all my veggies.....I guess I'm just getting lazy.

Wow! Wow to all of you! Day 8 for me. Really like the program, missing my few glasses of wine on the weekends, but it's not forever! Mind set!

I just made the spinach shake...geez! I know what do when I'm hungry! I can't finish it all! Next time I'll use 1 c spinach! Putting it in the fridge for later. Hope that works!

Guess I'm really doing well on this diet because I've finally hit the plateau, I think. Past couple of days it's been down a pound, up a pound, down a pound...etc. I'm happy where I am and can't wait to reach my goal. WI tomorrow. Lady at work today told me that I'm disappearing! I call that success.

IPDivaJen That is AMAZING. So inspiring, and it's great that you are doing it together!

My husband is a type 1 diabetic (since age 9) and we are actually finding that this diet is good for HIM too. Not so much for the metabolism, he has a very high metabolism and could probably eat a pint of ice cream a night and not gain anything, but for his blood sugars and insulin usage. I'm going to get extras of the snacks this week so he can try them out and have non-carb options handy!

Well, I had my second WI last night and I was UP 2 lbs!!! It's that TOM and I'm feeling bloated, but I was not expecting a gain . I made sure to stay 100% OP too! Hopefully I'll see a big loss next week??? Sigh.
