Has anyone lost weight on this while doing a modified program?
I dine out a lot as a part of my offices marketing team, often up to 5 or 6 times a week. (some dinners) So i was coached on how to deal with that and i probably have a little more fat in my protocol.
Has anyone else had adjustment mades and still been successful? (i did lose ten my first week dispite sushi out and a steak meal out)
