Lunch: 2 c. mixed green salad, 1000 dressing 2 hardboiled eggs
Snack: dark chocolate shake with coffee
Dinner: 5 oz hamburger patty with iceberg salad & cucumbers..relish, 1000 dressing, wf, wf ketchup,
Snack: 1/2 pb puffs, 1/2 chocolate puffs
