Salad of lettuce and cucumbers (ok, not such a great salad, but the company was great and I brought my own salad dressing....)
Chocolate RTD over ice in the restaurant
Snack: New Vanilla Crispy Squares
(Like rice crispy treats and I never liked those either... Ah, well. Had to try it once)
Dinner: Sauteed in a tiny bit of evoo: 8 oz ground turkey, 1 c diced green, red, and yellow peppers and zuccini with garlic and curry powder! Made my feel that I was in an Indian restaurant!
