I jump on the scale then she writes down my weight, BMI, etc. and takes my measurements. Then I look at a sheet of paper with the food offerings and pick what I need for the week. That's it. I just expected more, but am not really sure what all that should include.

Is this pretty much what you go through at your WI?
Thanks
Experience same thing. I go to another weight loss group and their support is tremendous and give me encouragement to go on each week. They have become wonderful friends.

I was only measured at my initial appointment and I have my 4th weigh in Friday. I'm wondering when I'll get measured again. My daughter whose also doing IP and I go in together. We take turns getting on the scale and pick out our food for the week. The coach asks if we have any questions. We're out of there in 15 minutes tops.

No weekly measuring
No journal review
$30 a box
