I have been very good at sticking to this and measuring everything, but I have been SO hungry! I have ended up adding one extra packet yesterday the past two days because I was ridiculously HUNGRY! I did sneak a quick peak on the scale today and I am down 4.2 pounds and 1.2% body fat and my clothes are fitting better today (in only 3 days) but I hope I am not making a huge mistake by adding the extra packet these few days. I was a little less hungry today and I know that when ketosis is in full swing it will get better.
How long does it take on average to get into fat burning mode?
Is lettuce the only freebie?
Sorry for all the questions, but I do ideal2go and don't really have a coach to turn to, so I figure asking the pros on here is the best way to go
