I found (what I think is) a cool substitute for the wine vinegar they have at my building's cafeteria. They have a condiment bar for the grill line, which has sliced pickles. So, I took a condiment cup of pickle slices AND put the pickle juice in, too. Ok, I agree it's not the most original idea, but at least I can have oil and a legal vinegar on my salad. Happy me!
