Hi - I am new to all of this - have been reading all the forums for the past two weeks trying to learn from all of you! You all are AMAZING! I am trying do to IP with alternative products and with your help have lost 10 pounds in the last two weeks - I am hooked on way of eating. So now to my question - I have the Eco Drink from Sam's - says its 0-0-0 and the sugar is listed a sucralose (Stevia) - would this be okay to use once in a while for a break from water?
