cscape - This is the recipe to make the pizza crust, and it is super easy. I baked it on parchment paper sprayed with a bit of Pam on a cookie sheet. When it was done baking, I spread about a 1/4 C of tomato sauce (tomatoes are a restricted veggie, so you can have them occasionally) to which I added Italian seasoning, garlic & onion powder, then topped with chopped onions, peppers, veggie cheese, & some of the chicken I was having as my lean protein. (I was going to add mushrooms too, but forgot :/) Pop it back into the oven for a few minutes - PIZZA! It was so good
*Notice I did not have a snack yesterday because the Crepe mix was my 3rd packet for the day. Probably should have had the rest of the chicken later, but didn't think of that until to late.
*Also leave off the parmesan if still on Phase 1.
