Oh yeah, and 3 shakes, 4 cups veggies, 8oz meat, and 2 salads...all washed down by .......................................Yep, you guessed it...more WATER!
Breakfast: IP Mango-Peach drink (yum!)
Lunch: IP broc-cheese soup (yum), salad with lettuce, spinach, cold asparagus, red and green peppers & my own dressing (evoo, a c vinegar, garlic, s & p mustard)
Snack: IP SW cheese puffs and water - in the MOVIES. I smelled the popcorn, but ate my SW puffs and it was good.
Dinner: sauteed chopped beef and mushrooms, 2 dill pickles
For lunch we had roasted portabello mushroom lettuce wraps with WF thick and spicy bbq sauce! It was pretty tasty and anice change from the normal salad.
Hmmm, I missed this yesterday...
Breakfast: butterscotch pudding with dash pumpkin pie spice
Lunch: Salad, EAS strawberry RTD, cauliflower 'bread' sticks
no snack today
Supper: Pizza! made with IP Crepe mix, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, & onion powder, 1/4 c tomato sauce with Italian herbs added, onion, yellow pepper, chicken, and a slice of veggie cheese, more chicken to = 8 oz, and Cucumber/Celery salad w/fresh mint, evoo, and salt.
