Question Sea sick???

I am NOT feeling well!

We have had somewhat rough seas today and yesterday, but nothing worse than what I have dealt with before.

Do you think that while in ketosis you are more susceptible to nausea? I took a Dramamine this morning but I am still feeling really ill....
I'm having a hard time keeping up on my water intake because of feeling ill.
I have had two bars today and yesterday just trying to settle my stomach.
Ugh! I am so close to goal I don't want this to mess me up!

Advice on what to put in my belly besides bars??

The first 22lbs were on my own, no IP, just will power.

I find I need bread and crackers in my belly when I'm sea sick (like yesterday.) Anything else and I'd be heaving.
It's about commitment, not motivation.
