Good morning...my plateau BROKE wide open! Cutting my MiO and 4c packets that I add to water brought me huge losses in less than a week. Everyone responds differently to those additives. I never would have thought they were keeping me from losing!
Cannot believe how strong I feel and in control...hang in there everyone. You can do it even when it seems so far away and the struggle is really a day at a time. Before you know it those days have turned to pounds lost. It has been worth it...go team IDP hang tough...

I am doing the alternatives, but this week i have not been super strict on weights and measures and I am currently up 1.8 pounds, so maybe that is why. I have today, before tomorrows weigh in, perhaps getting back to w&m's I will appease the whoosh fairy and have a good weigh in tomorrow!

I have had weekly weigh-ins too that have shown an increase, but the following week down more than usual. For me, the Big C can "impact" (no pun intended) what the scale shows, but if youre 100% OP, the numbers will ALWAYS EVENTUALLY SHOW!
Howdy 100%ers! It's been pretty busy since my WI report on Fri - my folks drove in, had to make up work, and had a birthday party for my sons 2nd yesterday (and my 38th, we have the same bday on Mon...but seriously, I no longer have a birthday). I had a huge NSV on Fri, went back to Old Navy on Fri w/my mom and bought size TWO jeans and some size SMALL tops (clearance with coupon of course)...Never thought I would be complaining about saggy size 4s in my life. Honestly, this program is amazing. The jeans are snug, but they fit - just like the 4s did a few weeks (days?) ago, and since I am doing Phase 1 for 2 more weeks until my vacation I snagged them. I still need to get a new bathing suit for Galveston next week...can't wait for the beach!
Congrats, you are dropping sizes like crazy, that is fantastic

That is great! I stopped using extra Splenda, and my plateau ended as well. I just use very little stevia now. I dropped 4 points from my BMI in one week, from 36 to 32!
