Just added my weigh in's from this week and last week - 3.2 last week and 4.4 this week- yippee!!

I'm half way to my goal for the challege - right on schedule.

Thanks! I had to hop on my scale like 3 times because I couldn't believe that I lost another 5 pounds after having such a good loss last week as well. This diet is pretty amazing.
