IP Cappucino Drink Spinach & Lettuce <--needing a bit more 'roughage' this week 2 cups Half-Caf Coffee 1 Splenda Lunch@12pm: Giant Bowl of Mashed Faux-tatos IP Potato Puree 4 oz Chicken Broth Roasted Cauliflower, Celery, & Garlic Puree Snack@4pm: Fruity Yogurt IP Wildberry Yogurt Rhubarb <--just a touch to give a little more fruitiness 2 tbsp WF Strawberry Spread Snack@6pm: Restricted weightlifting 4th packet IP White Cheddar Ridges Bodypump@6:30-7:30pm Dinner@8pm: Pork Loin Asparagus |
