Hi all! I just started IP using alternatives today; after reading about a million threads all last week. I have been on 3FC for a long time but off and on and on too many diet plans to count.
I have a pretty basic question about veggies and "unlimited lettuce". So my lunch salad had 1c torn up lettuce, and 1c chopped broccoli and a few mushroom thrown in. Do I only count the broccoli and mushrooms? Am I reading that right on the plan sheet? I still have just about 3c veggies available for dinner, right?
That's really all I can think of for right now.
