Breaky: Chocolate RTD Lunch: Chocolate RTD W.. 2 CUPS CUCUMBER SLICES Dinner: 8oz of Chicken Breast w..paprika and evoo and sea salt Dessert: Rubarb crumble with oatmeal packet Water water water water water;) |
Phase 1, week 5, day 1, 100% IP so far (will be switching to some alternatives soon)...
Breakfast - IP crepe/pancake mix w/1 c spinach, paprika, and a little salt Lunch - Leek Soup, 1 c veggies in a salad (Onion, celery, bok choy & bean sprouts) with EVOO and a little Mrs. Dash Snack - Orange Drink (does this taste like 'Tang' to anyone else?) Supper - large salad with grilled chicken (might get some lettuces from the garden tonight!) |

Breakfast@8am: Spinach Smoothie EAS Carb Control Chocolate RTD Spinach & Lettuce 2 cups Decaf Coffee 1 Stevia & Cinnamon Lunch@12pm: Soup IP Potato Puree 4 oz Chicken Broth Cauliflower & Celery Puree WI#16 at 1pm!!! Snack@4pm: Pudding Waffles IP Chocolate Pudding 2 Egg Whites 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar 1/4 tsp Baking Powder WF Pancake Syrup Dinner@8pm: Out w/the family Salmon Asparagus Salad |

Phase 1:
Breakfast - around 9am. Whey Factors Protein Shake Black decaf coffee Lunch - about 12:30pm. Dr. Bernstein's tomato & basil soup w 3/4 cup zucchini blended in, also 3 scallions & 2 tbsp red pepper. Snack - about 3pm. 1 cup of cucumber w WF blue cheese dip Dinner - about 6pm. Probably a filet of salmon. 1 cup asparagus & 1 cup combined red pepper, radishes, zucchini & kale on a bed of fresh lettuce (kale & lettuce from my container garden). Before Bed - around 10pm Frozen EAS RTD slightly blended in my Ninja to create a 'mock ice cream'. |
Breakie: Ice capp smoothie made with vanilla pudding packet
Noon: Romaine salad with another ice capp smootie Snack: Pure Protein bar Dinner: ???? Snack: Rhubarb crisp Exercise day - 10 k bike ride!! |

Lunch: IP potatoe puree wrap with spinach leaves, kale leaves, mushrooms and a slice of roast beef Snack: IP BBQ soynuts (sitting at the ball game instead of sunflower seeds) Dinner: ? Out with the fam. Here's hopin' for chicken and veggies ;) |
B: IP Omelet, coffee w/ 1T cream
L: 2c lettuce, 4oz chick breast, lemon juice, IP garlic/onion soy nuts S: IP Vanilla RTD shake D: 4 oz chicken breast, lettuce, celery |
