Been a busy couple of days at work, so just popping in to say HI! Congrats on all the great WIs and losses! I am still OP and other than feeling a little sleepier than usual, I am doing pretty good. I think the kids being at their grandparents is making me feel lazy!
Kaypix - you look great.
Wuv - that pic (and thinking about it) is gross! And, did I read you got a new job? Yay!!!

Oh I am so happy for you!!! Will this be a full time position or are you still looking for another job? It seems that all your troubles are just memories. I want to wish you the very best!!!

You are always best to get unbreaded wings with hot sauce. Next time ask if they are breaded. Those boneless wings are usually just chicken nuggets!

I have a question. I asked my husband to pick me up some egg whites. He came home with Egg Beaters. I poured it out and it was yellow! So I checked the ingredients and it says that it is 99% egg whites and other weird stuff.. So then why is it yellow.. this kind of weirds me out. I am only used to buying the store brand of egg whites. Is it ok to eat on IP, ie, same as egg whites? He bought a 3 pack, so I hope so! It does have like 1 carb per 3 Tbsp.

Yeah, I have a fun sense of humor If I ever come out to Massachusetts We can go to a mall and make fun of skinny high maintenance people together...it's a favorite past time of mine...or create a narrative of what people are talking about on their phone or int heir car...also fun if traffic is slow...

LMAO thanks, I don't know if I look "that" good right now, but **** I know I look better than I did a year ago, that's for sure! Lately my clothes consist of jeans and a hoodie at work, followed by coveralls for painting at home...soon though (next week?) I'll be able to actually pick out stuff to wear

Thanks, it's an old pic but I'm looking forward to getting to that weight (165ish), crushing it, and moving on!

I get egg beaters and love them as omelets. If it makes you feel better, Egg Beaters is 1g Carb? One "real" egg is 2g of carbs according to nutritionfacts, and beaters i think have fewer grams of fat and fewer calories, though I could be wrong, just thinking off the top of my head...oh, but probably less protein.

Oops
Week 1 on IP done! At my weigh in, i was told I lost 13 pounds and one inch! I was so excited that today I rewarded myself with a mango pre made shake for breakfast, chili for lunch, and a caramel bar for a snack. Oops ... forgot only one restricted per day. Did i take myself out of ketosis???
