After a few months away and getting off the wagon I'm back on IP. I already visited my coach, have IP foods and have fridge packed with fresh proteins and vegetables. I NEED to make this happen!

For anyone interested I have posted the most current Phase 1 sheet on the Sticky thread. It is dated 05/02/2012.

There are a couple of changes. My coach highlighted one, but I noticed a couple more. Looks like they have removed "Green" Bell Peppers and have replaced it with just Bell Peppers. Also, added Rutabaga and something else I think to the Select Veggies instead of the limited. They have added plain Tofu to the Dinner Protein, etc. I believe there are approx 4 or 5 changes at least when I compared it to my original Phase 1 sheet.
Still new here. Could you tell me how to get to the "sticky thread". Thanks!

Day 3 and now I'm REALLY hungry! I was told 3 packets daily with 2 cups veg at lunch and dinner and dinner protein. I have 3rd packet before bed, but these hours before dinner are very hard. Water does not fill the void! :@(

Try spreading out food throughout the day, for example this is what I do

8:00am - Shake + pills

11:00 am - 2 cups of veggies with sea salt

Don't forget to drink all your water.

3:00 pm - Shake

7:00 pm - 6-8 ounces of protein (either chicken, steak, lean pork chops, fish) 2 cups of veggies (sea salt) + pills

10:00 pm - either a restricted bar or a shake

I find if you spread everything out every 3 hours or so you are not as hungary. Give it a try and see if it works. It works for me.

Should I substitute some dinner protein to eat eggs in afternoon? That's what I understood from that sheet.

Maybe this will help. I talked with an IP rep (Shawn McManus |business development coordinator overseeing – washington, oregon and northern california) I had heard diffent things about whether or not the Collagen products count as one of our 3 daily packets? Shawn's response: The Jello and Cranberry drink are our only two products that contain Collagen...they are not complete proteins...but having one a day has always been acceptable to IP protocol.

This is still not clear. At my clinic you can have those packets in addition to your 3 ip packets a day. Is that was you understand from this?

(It is my understanding) that dinner protein can be split between two meals but you would have to supplement the other half of each with half an IP packet. If you are asking about eggs in general, (again it is my understanding) that you can have 1 or 2 hard boiled egg whites as a snack and these would not be counted as your protein. Remember this is not a substitute for your veggie requirement.

Please if anyone else has something different you are welcome to correct me. I'm only repeating what I was told by my coach.

That is correct, the collagen packets are in addition to your 3 packets a day.

You will be surprised at how your taste buds will chance over your months on IP.

Many of our coaches told us we could have an extra packet the first week or two until the cravings go away.
