Hi everyone -
Anyone tried taking the supplement CLA while on IP? I am going to have weigh in #5 next Tues and I was looking up other supplements when I remembered about CLA. After re-reading up about it, I went ahead and bought a bottle last week and have been taking it daily since.
It is a non-stimulant product that supports lean muscle while helping your body use stored body fat as fuel. (Sounds just like the IP diet doesnt it?
) So I thought I would let others know and see if anyone else has tried it. By next Tues when I have my next weigh it will be close to a week on it. I will report back in this thread. I can say that I am almost 100% sure that I have lost way more inches this week then last week. We shall see....my stomach and chest feels a lot "smaller" and "tighter". Hopefully that is the case. It would be great if it turns out to help even more for people with "lots of extra body fat" to help get rid of like myself.
I also have noticed that while taking it I am not that hungry either. Almost to the point that the salad and veggies with the IP item is just more food then I want.
