Here is a Phase 3 thread with LOTS of information. Especially helpful are the docs you can download. They are throughout the thread and will help you to prepare. I think you will find most people really enjoy this Phase.
It's also a time to experiment and see what what carbs your body can handle. Some find they are sensitive to grains, dairy and other items.
Because you are introducing a lot of new foods, you may wish to take a probiotic or digestive/food enzyme.
One Phase 3 favorite is berries and greek yogurt. I enjoy Chobani and Oikos.
