Arrow Phase 3

I apologize if there is another thread about Phase 3, but i just couldn't find it.

I am so excited to move into Phase 3 this coming monday and I am reading up on everything so I can prepare myself mentally. At the same time, I need to prepare my fridge and pantry!

Does anyone have an idea of what a good grocery list looks like for Phase 3?

What was your experience on Phase 3? How was it for you to change your routine, etc.

I really appreciate any and all insight. Thank you in advance!

Here is a Phase 3 thread with LOTS of information. Especially helpful are the docs you can download. They are throughout the thread and will help you to prepare. I think you will find most people really enjoy this Phase.

It's also a time to experiment and see what what carbs your body can handle. Some find they are sensitive to grains, dairy and other items.

Because you are introducing a lot of new foods, you may wish to take a probiotic or digestive/food enzyme.

One Phase 3 favorite is berries and greek yogurt. I enjoy Chobani and Oikos.
