You should eat an extra packet before the yard work. I goofed and foundnout the hard way stacking. And splitting wood. I almost passed out. Sent a text to my coach and she said have an extra, non restricted, prior to your work out.

Just saying hi! New to IP and this site, started this last Wednesday. I have my first weigh in on Thursday. No other guys are doing the program at my clinic,so I'm their first. Anyone notice any differences than what the gals are reporting throughout the forums? Thanks everyone!

DW and I started the same day and I loose 2 to 1 almost every week. My belly went first and then the rest just kind of shrunk. USMCVET is right it is easy to follow. I started the middle of January.

If you are going to do any kind of yard work or work outside eat that extra protien. I didn't do that one weekend and I felt like I had been run over by a truck for 3 days.

So if I am going to work out at lunch time, I eat an extra (non-resetricted) packet before the workout and have my lunch salad and another packet at lunch? With breakfast packet and after dinner snack that would be a total of 4 packets a day. Is that correct?

Yes have a 4th packet before exercise. It could be your daily restricted packet but just do not have a second restricted later. Replace it with something like a shake.

Well, been reading about all the women with concerns of low or zero losses and couldnt quite figure it out but now this week it looks like my body has decided we are done losing lol. Boy is it gonna be in for a surprise. After a huge loss last week it looks like im as little as 2# this week. Hope some inches are gone.

Not discouraged just sharing...

I've seen some posetive movement and wanted to share. Someone mentioned Dr Oz and a statement I've heard before. For every 30#'s lost you release an inch more of your penis. Well I've seen some positive movement in that area but I started to laugh and did the math. I want to loose 250#'s total but I don't expected to see an 8.333" gain! One can always dream.

Well if its a half inch now that would work out ok, otherwise your gonna need a third leg in your pants haha. Short guys like me can always tell how cold the water in the urinal is...if you gain 8+ inches you'll be able to tell not only how cold...but how deep it is lol

I have to look at fat loss. Usually if the scale doesn't move I loose inches. I have gone thru a stretch of 3weeks with almost no loss and then back to 5 or six lbs a week. I can't complain about a 4.5lb week avg.

When DW and I started IP back in January we decided that we would set goals and reward ourselves when we reached them. She has rewarded herself with jewelry for every 10lbs.She told me if I lost 75lbs. I could reward myself with whatever I wanted. (BIG MISTAKE) So I waited until she went to Georgia for graduation of her niece. She told me it was time to pick out my reward when she left. I might have gone a little bit overboard.

But a deal is a deal right?
