You have to wait until you are a member of 3fc for 20 days then you create it in the usercp.

Great! I must be getting close to the 20 day mark. Does the option just show up in the CP section. I've looked at what is available now and i didnt find anything related to ticker options.?

Ticker options are under signature options.

I dont really remember but I think you can set it up now and it will show once you hit your 20 days and 3fc's activates it

signature options didn't show up for me until the minute/hour of the 20 days was up
