Tofu Shiritake Noodles.

Just wanted to make sure that i can have them. Its my first time trying them out..I just couldnt remember if it was a yay or nay.

Miracle noodles are better for the plan than the tofu ones. Most tofu ones have carbs. So they would be a no....
